Microsoft PC Advisor scans your PC continuously, notifies you about important issues, and, when possible, suggests an easy fix solution. Additionally, it provides a checkup function, so that you can manually check your PC. This manual checkup displays information about additional, non-critical issues, such as suggestions and tips for improving the way you use your PC. Support Center The Support Center is a customized browser window that you can use to manage the program's services.
Notification window Whenever the agenda detects high-priority issues and relevant offers, a notification window will pop up in the bottom right hand side of your screen and display the relevant issues and offers. Improvement Feature The agenda improvement feature collects information about how you use the agenda and about some of the problems you encounter on your PC. The information collected does not contain any confidential details about you or your PC. The agenda improvement feature collects standard, non-confidential information about your PC, such as your operating system version, browser version, your regional and language settings, and your IP address. Other non-confidential information collected includes: - Information about your antivirus vendor

- Whether or not a dilema was fixed
If you don't want the agenda to collect this information, you can turn off this feature through the General settings. About the PC Checkup service PC Checkup service alerts are issues that the agenda detected on your PC. These alerts provide additional information about the detected issue. They also provide information about how to resolve an issue by using automated fixes when relevant and links to relevant updates.
PC Checkup service alerts are divided into the following categories: - Security and Privacy: Alerts that help you keep your PC safe from attacks from unauthorized users, and help ensure that your private information remains private.
- Performance and Maintenance: Alerts that help you improve the performance of your PC and maintain it in optimal working order.
- Network and Internet: Alerts that help you maintain your home network, Internet connection, and e-mail, and improve your online experience.
- Peripherals: Alerts that help you manage your printers, including all-in-one devices and printing tasks.
- Usage Tips: Tips and suggestions for improving your computing experience, such as how to organize your desktop.
If you're online and click Run a PC Checkup in the Support Center, the content of the PC Checkup service is updated, and then checked.
In addition, every seven days, the agenda automatically updates the content of the service and runs a comprehensive checkup.
